March 2018, Prof. James C. Sutherland and Prof. Terry Arthur Ring from the University of Utah visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University and gave the lectures on ‘Challenges and Opportunities in Simulation of Turbulent Reacting Flows’and ‘High Resolution Video Analysis of Oxy-coal Combustion’.
